Come and be part of something great. We have a new strong and thriving team in our South Walker Creek Mine in the Bowen Basin and seek an Maintenance Administrator to support our operations.  This is a site based position working Monday to Friday (9 day fortnight).

Reporting to the Coal Handling & Preparation Plant (CHPP) Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a high level of administrative and general support requirements to the CHPP and Maintenance departments
  • Calendar management for department managers
  • Work with team members from other departments to ensure optimal administration support provided across the site
  • Scheduling and coordinating department and team meetings 
  • Supporting CHPP and Maintenance departments to assist with onboarding of new employees, contractors and consultants as required
  • Data entry into and the use of computer programs such as SAP, TAMS, & Microsoft Office suite
  • Preparing reports, presentations and general correspondence 
  • Book camp rooms and travel in FlyToWork system as required 
  • Monitoring and identifying system and / or process improvements
  • Building relationships with a range of key stakeholders
  • Comply to and consistently follow the standards and procedures designed to enable you to work safely and effectively every day
  • Comply with all aspects of Stanmore and site policies and values including the mission statements and company values
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment, through actively participating in safety management practices & processes.
