We're currently seeking a highly organised and motivated HR Advisor to join our South Walker Creek mine site on a full-time, fixed-term contract for two years. Reporting directly to the HR Superintendent, this role provides end-to-end HR support to leaders and employees across the operation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with operational leaders to deliver proactive HR support across workforce planning, organisational development, employee relations, and performance management
• Supporting organisational change initiatives and managing projects 
• Champion employee engagement programs
• Shaping talent strategy and leadership development across a growing business.
• Providing expert HR advice that is practical, strategic and trusted

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in a HR advisory or business partnering role in mining or heavy industry 
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with HR Information Systems, preferably Success Factors 
• Ability to manage projects and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
