We have an opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join our Production team at Isaac Plains. This is a site-based role working a 7/7 roster.
Reporting to the Site Support Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing people and equipment to deliver production targets
- Providing clear direction, coaching and day-to-day support to your team
- Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities across production activities
- Working closely with other departments to optimise performance and outcomes
- Maintaining a strong field presence and actively engaging with the site teams
- Complying with all site standards, procedures and safety requirements
- Contributing to a safe work environment through active participation in safety processes
What we would love to see in you to make this a success
- Experience in an open cut mining environment (production)
- Open Cut Examiner (OCE) ticket desirable
- Previous leadership experience or demonstrated leadership capability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, coach and develop a high performing team
- Good understanding of systems and processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise work
