We are seeking Expressions of Interest from Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, Processing and Geotechnical Engineers to join the Stanmore 2027 Graduate Program.

This is a two‑year, structured program designed to build capable site‑based engineers through hands‑on experience, mentoring and exposure to operations.

You will complete a maximum of 3 rotations across our Bowen Basin mine sites, gaining practical experience across engineering disciplines while building strong relationships with technical leaders and site teams.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, Processing or Geotechnical Engineering
• A practical mindset and willingness to learn on site
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid Australian driver’s licence
• Australian working rights
• Ability to relocate to Central Queensland for the majority of the program, or FIFO (with salary‑sacrificed flights and camp accommodation provided during the working week)
