At Stanmore we support our people and foster growth, learning, we develop their skills to help them reach their potential. Our strategy is to focus on creating a safe work environment where our employees feel strongly connected to our values and goals, and where the skills of our people are the key to our success. Come and join us on this incredible journey.You will be based at Poitrel working a 7/7 roster (days and nights) on a drive in/drive out basis or FIFO options available.  As Mine Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for:leading a team of multi-disciplined operators (including dozer and excavator) in executing the mine plan and achieving safe and optimal outcomes for the Production Mining team.field leadership activities and engaging your team to reach their full potential whilst you are being coached and supported by the onsite leadership team.executing production activities to plan through the management of people and equipmentidentifying improvement opportunities and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure efficiency and production is maximised.What we would love to see in you to make this a success:You will have an understanding and exposure to a Production Department of an Open Cut Mine Site environment.Experience in dozer push operations, dewatering and drilling operations.Have proven leadership experience, capability and potentialHave a desire to lead, coach and mentor a crew to deliver of the plan and build high performing teamsHave an understanding of systems and processes (experience with Mine Star would be advantageous)Able to identify improvement opportunities and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure efficiency and production is maximised.An impeccable work ethic and commitment to Stanmore values and safety first culture
