We're seeking enthusiastic graduates who are completing, or have recently completed, a degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mining Engineering
- Processing Engineering
- Geotechnical Engineering

- Accounting and Finance
If you have a genuine interest in the mining industry and are eager to develop your skills through a structured two-year graduate program commencing in 2027, we'd love to hear from you.
Depending on your discipline, you will complete rotations across our three Bowen Basin operations, gaining valuable hands-on experience and practical skills while working alongside experienced industry professionals who will support your development and help you build a successful career in mining.

We Are Looking For
- Recent graduates (qualifications obtained in 2025 or 2026)
- A practical mindset and willingness to learn
- A genuine interest in building a career in the mining industry
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A valid Australian Drivers' Licence
- Australian working rights
- The ability to relocate or undertake rotations in Central Queensland for the majority of the program (relocation, accommodation and travel support provided where required)
